Have you been a couch potato (or semi-couch potato) for far too long and want to do something about it? Haven't exercised in over a year? With Spring coming, do you want to get up off your butt, burn some calories, and tone up? Come to Let's Get Moving - our Beginner Workout Class for the novice exerciser Wednesday evenings at 5:30 PM beginning May 9th. The focus will be on getting you MOVING in the right direction, making some noticeable progress, and maintaining that progress with healthy habits! We will burn some calories and tone muscle mass to enhance our metabolism. This class will be supportive rather than intimidating! You will have fun and maybe make some new friends too!
