Young adults doing wieght training.
A total body workout for both Women and Men of all ages.  All muscle groups are challenged with resistance exercises combined with cardio.  

Instructors:  Rich Greenlee, AFAA and Les Mills Certified Group Fitness ( former owner of the Bodywise Fitness Studio in Philadelphia, PA.)


Sessions
  • Classes are Monday and Wednesday Mornings from 8 to 9am
  • Session are 5 weeks long
  • $90 per 5 week session
  • Drop in rates $10 per class
